Customer satisfaction in terms of quality, cost and delivery performance is very important to us; therefore, we take quality assurance seriously. We have undertaken the rigorous task of becoming accredited for ISO 9001, ISO 17025, NADCAP nonmetallic and materials testing standards. We ensure that employees are properly trained and proficiency tested periodically, our measuring equipment is calibrated periodically as required by the standards and equipment capabilities are upgraded as technologies improve. Also, we use a formalized internal tracking system to manage customer materials once they enter our facility until they leave.
